Our relationships are only as healthy as our experiences, this is true of brands and our everyday interactions with them. With us at work or at home our brands are our co-pilots. Never has there been more emphasis on brand awareness and our relationship with them. User interfaces are not an extension of a brand it is its core. This is a reality I emphasize to my clients and lead them to execute productive, honest, entertaining and open user interactions which compliment their respected entities. Whether it a phone app, social media post or complex information it should trigger user engagement and be communicative, helpful and productive.
